When the engine is running in the early stages and at low temperatures, or when the car is driving at high speed with cold air blowing against the radiator, it is possible to cool the radiator by blowing air without using a fan. To ensure reliability, the electric fan utilizes an engine water temperature sensor to control the timing of the fan's air supply. The use of electric fans can improve engine preheating performance, reduce fuel consumption, and reduce fan noise. Generally, the electric fan should not rotate during idle. The structure of an electric fan mainly consists of an electric motor, a circuit breaker, a water temperature switch, etc. When the water temperature is below 93 ℃, the water temperature switch connects to the fan circuit breaker. Under the suction of the magnetic coil, the contacts are disconnected, causing the motor to be powered off and the fan to not rotate; When the water temperature exceeds 93 ℃, the water temperature switch is disconnected, there is no current in the circuit breaker coil, the contact is closed, the fan motor is powered on, and the fan is transported for air supply.
